- bobby pins
- detangling spray
- blow dryer
- comb hairbrush
- elastic holders
With the hair holders, you will want to have at least 5 or 6 handy. To get the show on the road, you’ll need to make sure that your hair is clean.
- Shampoo your hair well, and while it’s still damp, apply conditioner to the hair.
- Let the conditioner set for at least 5 to 10 minutes.
- After you have done this, gently message the conditioner throughout your hair and make sure that you apply a generous amount of the conditioner so that it can extend from the root of your hair to the ends.
- Once this is done, apply the hair gel evenly in your hands and smooth it throughout your hair. All you need is a little bit of gel, and it should be about the size of a quarter.
- After this, blow-dry your hair and part it down the middle. Now, your hair should be in two sections that are equal.
- Now make a part across the middle of your hair. This specific part should go from ear to ear, creating four equal sections. Once this is done, put one elastic band on each section.
- The last step is to grab a piece of hair that is two inches wide, fold it in half, and secure it with a bobby pen.
- You will repeat this step until the hair is complete.
