Everybody wants to be beautiful. But beauty always has a price. The most evident price is what you pay at the salon or the products you buy. There is however a more costly payment that does not appear until years later. It is the impact on health. Traditional beauty products are almost always loaded with men-made chemicals that have long-term effects when used regularly. Men-made chemicals, though they can be effective, are usually harsher on the body. The result is accelerated ageing, loss in skin tone, wrinkles…etc. Some people develop a hypersensitivity to these products so that they no longer can use normal cosmetics. A natural beauty regimen is softer and gives the body the relaxing respite that makes it more beautiful. Here are some essential components of a natural beauty regimen:

While it can be used for many other purposes, aromatherapy is also used for beautification. With aromatherapy, the skin is kept clear, the body becomes smoother, and the hair is encouraged to flourish. Essential oils can be used to treat wrinkles, pimples, cellulite, and dry skin.
