Women and Divorced
Getting into a relationship with someone whom you just meet is considered gamble. You may win or loose. Although many women are happily married but there are also countless women that were abused in their marriage. You can read in daily news the various cases of women atrocities were happened in their own home. In some other countries, women have fewer rights compared to their male counterpart however in most countries women are considered equal to men. In US, women are protected by law. In fact many women become powerful and respected in their own field.
Divorced is one of the laws that protect women. Although this law is equal to both parties, but in some aspects it is advantageous to women considering that women has double morality standard. There are many reasons why women file divorce. It is due to an abusive relationship, psychological incapacity or some other reasons. However this accusation must be proven in the court.
Divorced has positive and negative effect to both couple but most of the time the children are always the one who suffer the consequences of their parent’s action thus it is important that the welfare of the kids must be considered. The law was designed to protect the children’s welfare after divorced however the psychological and emotional aspects are also important.
Getting a relationship is much easier than getting out of it, so before committing yourselves into marriage, examine yourself if you are ready for better or worse.
